Two-Factor Authentication
Add a second step at sign-in using an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
When on, you'll enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app each time you sign in - so a stolen password isn't enough to get into your account.
Two-factor authentication is on. You'll be asked for a code from your authenticator app at every sign-in.
Heads up: if you lose your authenticator device you'll be locked out, and recovery requires contacting support to reset it (there are no backup codes).

Print receipts
Prints a receipt for every sale. Turn off to only save transactions.
What kind of printer?
Printer setup is saved for this device only, so each terminal can use its own printer.
Paper roll width
Not sure? Measure the roll: about 8 cm wide is 80mm (the most common), about 5.8 cm is 58mm.
Receipt position
Printers don't all feed paper the same way, so a receipt can come out a little off to one side. Run a Test print and pick whichever looks right.
Confirm before finalizing
Ask "Did the receipt print?" with a Reprint option. Useful if your printer is unreliable.
Receipt Content
Show invoice number on receipt
Sequential invoice number (e.g. INV-2026-1001). Many countries require this. On by default.
Show ticket number on receipt
The kitchen order number (e.g. #42). Still appears in the active queue and KDS either way.
Show cashier name on receipt
Shows which cashier handled the sale. On by default.
Show phone number on receipt
Prints your business phone under the address (from Business info). On by default.
Show removed adjustments on receipt
Removed line items appear crossed out on the receipt.
Tips
Ask for tips at checkout
Adds tip buttons to checkout. The cashier picks the tip, or lets the customer choose on the customer display. Tips are never taxed and aren't counted as sales.
Tip options
Percentages of the order total, shown as buttons next to No tip and Custom.
Tip QR code
Your Venmo or Cash App QR, shown next to the tip buttons on the customer display. Tips sent this way go straight to your account, so Pointbunny can't count them in tip reports. Don't want one? Leave it empty.

Let staff choose the order type on each transaction. Turn off for businesses where the distinction doesn't apply.
Hide sales figures from staff
Hides Today's Sales, Transactions, Avg. Serving and expenses from staff without report access.
Home screen
Every feature is always available. This only picks what shows on your home screen and at checkout.
Order Queue Timers
Set when order cards change color and auto-complete. Each value is minutes : seconds.
